very good value on upper east side

Adequate for 1 night

This is a place for somebody who is single and isn't going to spend alot of time inside. The place is small!!!! However it is clean and very central.

Has anyone the NYFD ever inspected this place?

The amenities are fine BUT there were no smoke detectors visible in my rooms any time I stayed or in the halls..no sprinklers...no second exit like a chain ladder or fire escape...just a one narrow...
