Fantastic in every way

I live in southern Connecticut and sometimes stay in the city over a weekend. I stayed in a number of nice hotels in different parts of the city on these mini-trips but Andaz is by far my favorite....

Are the rooms a bit unwieldy from a practical perspective? Maybe - glass doors in the bath room and shower, limited storage, blah, blah, blah. If that's what you're looking for stay down the street...

Large rooms, poor service

Great room, but no storage space and poor service. Since then we stayed at the sister hotel on 5th Avenue. The staff there is slightly better trained but rooms still lack storage space terribly
