Nice place to spend afternoon, just seeing the beautiful grass, grab your food and wine, get a mat...spend nice afternoon, on grass. We did this just before going to ETower. Wonderful place :) :)

Picnic on the lawn

Champs de Mars is just a grassy lawn in front of Eiffel Tower. Nice for a picnic or a concert in good weather. Horribly over-crowded and unpleasant during Bastille Day festivities.

great feeling walking towards the Eiffel Tower through this narrow parc. We went in winter but i'd imagine in the spring or summer a picnic would be very nice.

A Nice walk to Eiffel Tour!

Great walk to the tour, you can experience the locals walking their dogs, at Autumn the trees turn yellow and red, it's a beautifull scenary!
